Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders across India. Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Available for a flat rate of INR 250. Delivery within 2-3 business days.

Please note, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:

Bruz delivers to street addresses only and does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Bruz covers all the applicable taxes for shipments within India. There are no additional customs duties or taxes on domestic shipments.

Damages:

Bruz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will provide assistance in resolving the issue.
